SOTI has negotiated a competitive booking rate (€275 per night) at the Westin Grand Munich hotel. Once conference passes have been purchased, our valued partners and customers can book their hotel stay. You will be given instructions on hotel room booking once payment is complete.
Yes, a negotiated room rate is available from September 29 to October 1 (inclusive) at a rate of €325 per night. Longer stays will be at the market rate. Based on hotel reservations, there may be limited availability.
Our conference is happening at the Westin Grand Munich, and we have arranged for all event and transportation logistics from the main venue. We encourage all attendees to stay at the Westin Grand Munich to receive optimum networking time and benefit from the negotiated hotel room rate (€275 per night). The exclusive negotiated rate also includes breakfast and use of the wellness area.
We will not be providing service from other hotels.
The event and all related conference activities are for registered attendees only. Guest passes are available for purchase for guests 19 years of age and older for the Bavarian Fun Night event only. No children or infants are allowed at any conference-sponsored activities or receptions. If childcare is needed, please check with the hotel.
