A full conference pass includes access to training, all keynotes, sessions, meals where provided and conference-sponsored social events, including Fun Night. A conference-only pass includes access to all keynotes, sessions, meals where provided and conference-sponsored social events, including Fun Night (training NOT included).
SOTI has negotiated the most competitive hotel booking rate for our valued partners and customers. Secure your spot of a Fairmont or Fairmont View room at our exclusive price of $359 CAD per room per night, or a Junior Suite room at $459 CAD per room per night at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth hotel. The above-mentioned rates are for a single or double occupancy. Maximum occupancy is four occupants per room. Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $40 CAD per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. These rates are for accommodation only. Once conference passes have been purchased, our valued partners and customers can book their hotel stay. You will be given instructions on hotel room booking on the SOTI Events Portal once payment is complete.
Yes, the negotiated room rate as stated previously is available three days before and after the event dates. Longer stays will be at the market rate. Based on hotel reservations, there may be limited availability.
Our conference is happening at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth hotel, and we have arranged for all event and transportation logistics from the main venue. We encourage all attendees to stay at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth hotel to receive optimum networking time and benefit from the negotiated hotel room rates.
We will not be providing service from other hotels.
The conference and all related activities are for registered attendees only. Fun Night Guest Passes are available for purchase for guests 19 years of age and older for the Fun Night event only. No children or infants are allowed at any conference-sponsored activities or receptions. If childcare is needed, please check with your hotel.
